Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (jerome martinett, Aquinostraße 2, 50670 Köln, E-Mail-Adresse: info@zolashop.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The goods to be returned must be carefully packed in their original condition and original packaging. Please use all components and packaging materials belonging to the product. A return is also possible without original packaging, provided that the goods are sufficiently protected for transport and no avoidable damage occurs.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-ready goods as well as the direct costs of returning goods that are not parcel-ready. The costs for goods that are not parcel-ready are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 15 EUR.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

What is a revocation?

Revocation is an important right that allows consumers to withdraw from a contract. This is particularly relevant for online shopping or doorstep sales. You generally have the right to revoke a purchase within 14 days without stating any reasons. This gives you the opportunity to check products and ensure they meet your expectations. So, if you are ever dissatisfied, you can easily exercise this right.

How does revocation work?

To initiate a revocation, you must inform the seller in writing that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can simply use a form or send an email. It is important that you do this within the deadline, otherwise you may lose your right of withdrawal. You should then return the product and ensure that it is undamaged. If you follow these steps, you can be sure that your revocation will be successful.

Tips for a successful revocation

To successfully process a revocation, it is advisable to read the merchant's return policy carefully. Some providers have specific requirements or wording for revocation. Therefore, you should always keep a confirmation of the revocation. Should problems arise, you will have important proof. Also, ensure that the return is made on time, as otherwise additional costs or rejection of the revocation may occur.
